Cannon graduated from Western Kentucky University's Gordon Ford College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a concentration in Financial Planning.

Cannon is a Nashville native, a Predators fan, a hunter, and a "foodie". His weekends get spent outside if possible, whether it be riding dirt bikes around his farm or wakeboarding on Old Hickory Lake.
