David Cleveland, CPA

Investment Advisor

David grew up in Texarkana, AR and attended the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, AR where he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting as well as a Masters of Accountancy degree. David began a career in public accounting in 2006 and obtained his Arkansas CPA license in 2009. In 2014, David and his family moved to Hot Springs, AR where he founded what is now Cleveland Accounting & Consulting which focuses on tax return preparation for individuals and small businesses, as well as financial reporting and consulting for many businesses throughout Arkansas.

While working with individuals in his tax practice, David noticed that several of his clients expressed interest in having their CPA be more involved with their investing and financial planning. This prompted David to obtain his Series 65 license and become an investment advisor representative. David believes that his tax knowledge obtained throughout his career in public accounting is a real asset to his clients when considering their investing and financial planning needs. His desire is to help his clients reach their investing goals by being well informed and considering all aspects of their investment choices. He enjoys educating his clients and helping them make informed decisions.

When he’s not working, David enjoys spending time with his wife Lynn and two daughters - Claire and Allie. He loves to fish and hunt across the state of Arkansas. David and his family are actively involved at First Baptist Church in Hot Springs where he serves as a deacon.
